Originally from Petitcodiac, NB. Kortney has had a love for animals since birth. Bringing home every animal she could find. She graduated from the Oulton College Veterinary Technician Program in 2011, and has lived in Oromocto ever since working as a Vet Tech. She has worked with many different types of animals, and has a horse named Leo, a little dog called Lily and has 2 cats (Frankie and Chichi). Kortney joined the Southpaw team in 2017, in 2020 she and her husband Chris had a beautiful little girl named Aubree and decided to take time off to raise her, even though she missed being a Veterinary Technician. In 2024, Kortney decided to rejoin the team at Southpaw, and is happy to be back, doing what she loves.
